Sheshan Dias is a communication specialist, educator, and corporate trainer with extensive experience in public speaking, English language training, and professional development. He is the Founder and Head Lecturer of Public Speaking and IELTS at The Success Academy, and also serves as the Head of Operations at BetterCyberCareer, where he helps shape learning experiences for professionals transitioning into high-growth careers.
With a strong background in media and performance, Sheshan is a former News Presenter at Gold FM News, Asia Broadcasting Corporation, bringing real-world broadcast communication expertise into the classroom. He is also a Public Speaking, Speech & Drama, and Corporate Trainer at the International Institute of Mystical Rose, where he works with students, professionals, and organizations to build confidence, clarity, and presence.
Academically, Sheshan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK, along with a Licentiate in Public Speaking from the University of West London and an Associate in Public Speaking from Trinity College London. He is also a TEFL-certified English teacher through the World TESOL Academy.
Combining academic knowledge, industry experience, and practical training methods, Sheshan is known for his engaging teaching style and ability to help individuals communicate with confidence, credibility, and impact across academic, professional, and corporate environments.
